China's gas

I assume that nobody is really surprised, but having some entity actually come out and give a timetable for when China will overtake us as leading CO2 producers really makes you think…I mean, with the irresponsibility we see every day in America, it’s not like we can expect much better in China or India. The only possible saving grace is that China’s centralized government is capable of enacting sweeping, all-encompassing change if it deems necessary, regardless of the individual interests involved. Let us just hope that they will decide it’s in their best interest…and the same goes for us, really.
