Drag-Racing Court

Only in Philadelphia…haha

First was The Vet, the only stadium in America to have a court and jail cells inside the stadium. Now apparently they have a separate “drag-racing” court that is stood up to deal with the apparently frequent problem of drag racing violations. Who knew I lived in such an exciting city?!
