While I’m inclined to make fun of just about anything that is undertaken by Hollywood’s idiot celebrities, I do have to admit a certain amount of intelligence and balance to the current project being pushed by Brad Pitt. Energy-efficient homes are a good thing, with nobody really getting the short end of the stick. Now whether people can be convinced that they will really receive some nebulous future savings and thus should invest up-front in more efficient homes…well, the American consumer in general is still pretty short-sighted. So nice try, but I wouldn’t hold your breath, Brad.
